In a momentous stride for women's tennis, the Public Investment Fund (PIF) has entered into a multi-year partnership with the Women's Tennis Association (WTA), marking a historic collaboration aimed at revolutionizing the sport. As part of this landmark deal, PIF will become the first-ever naming partner of the WTA Rankings, the highest official ranking system for women’s professional tennis players.

This partnership goes beyond sponsorship—it is a strategic alliance that aims to enhance opportunities for players at every level of the sport. PIF and the WTA will work together to develop and expand initiatives that nurture the next generation of tennis stars, providing young players with the tools and platforms they need to succeed on the global stage.

Marina Storti, CEO of WTA Ventures, expressed enthusiasm for this new chapter in the sport's history, stating, “We are delighted to welcome PIF as a Global Partner of the WTA and our first-ever official naming partner of the WTA Rankings. Together, we look forward to sharing the journey of our talented players across the season, as we continue to grow the sport, creating more fans of tennis and inspiring more young people to take up the game.”

This partnership follows PIF's recent involvement with the ATP, making it the only global partner across both major tennis tours. With the WTA Finals now set to be hosted in Riyadh for the next three years, this collaboration signals a powerful shift in the landscape of women's sports.

Mohamed AlSayyad, Head of Corporate Brand at PIF, highlighted the significance of this partnership, noting, “Through our partnership with WTA, PIF will continue to be a catalyst for the growth of women’s sport. We look forward to working with the WTA to increase participation and inspire the next generation of talent.”

PIF’s expanding portfolio of sponsorships underscores its commitment to investing in initiatives that drive positive global impact. This latest venture aligns seamlessly with PIF's ambition to elevate women's tennis, fostering inclusivity, sustainability, and youth engagement in sport.

As a young girl, always inspired by the theatre, I found joy in watching a produ

Obama Inspires Future Changemakers

At 9:30 a.m. on Friday, July 24th, nearly 100 high school freshman girls trickled into the auditorium at the Obama Presidential Center and sat in seats that formed a half-circle around the stage where the panelists were seated. Some of the girls conversed and laughed, while others danced in their seats to Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop the Feeling.”  The event kicked off at 9:58 a.m. with opening remarks from WNBA brand strategist Nina Kossoff: “We’re powerful on our own, but when we come tog

The Pieces That Make the Picture: Paul Tetreault and the Art of Building Community

While we navigate change in our world, trying to fit each other together like puzzle pieces that don’t quite seem to nestle into the right cracks, art has a way of being the glue. Like a puzzle, every piece in the production of theatre has a purpose. Every production is made possible not only by the actors on stage, but also by directors, designers, educators, administrators, technicians, donors, audiences, and more. Each person is a piece of the picture, helping create something that couldn't
